For DJ-experience® we created a music previewing and music scheduling service. The site is mobile-ready, responsive, and features commercial music and pricing that follows the most up-to-date music copyright royalties. The shopping cart itemizes the Copyright Royalty Board percentage and calculates it per minute as required by law. It's an advanced sales site that makes a complicated sale look simple.

The DJ-experience® Show (located at https://dj-experience.app) is a "fresh" new take on music. In academics, "music" means "fine art music." It doesn't mean "music tracks," it means making music from scratch like making pancakes from scratch. A "DJ," plays sounds, not music. A DJ plays things called "sound recordings," in the native language of "music industry law." While that is important for how money works, it is also critical for how to stay within the "four corners" of music industry guidelines and avoid "running afoul" of industry law in anything done within, to, for, or with those in the field. It is not easy by any stretch of the imagination and my project, DJ-experience® was no exception. It will look "easy," if you visit. And it will seem "simple," as well.
